I can't believe I haven't looked in here since April. I have totally forgotten what it was I needed to do to finish it off. A few of you have found the site and sgned up and I have just validated your memberships, some I have not as they looked very spammy. If your waiting to be validated and I haven't done it then please email me.

Those of you that have been let loose - tell what you think about it all. There maybe a couple of broken bits about I have missed but I am looking at it all again now!

thanks

Well, for a start I'd like to point out that blogging is fairly new to me so I am winging this a bit. As far as I can tell from seeing other blogs a good blog is a fair mix of semi interesting but not prolonged chat and good hard news. I'll try to stick to that format - friendly chatty news!

The news is that we are back online after a number of years in the can. It is early days and there is a bit to do on site. I have written about this elsewhere so I am not going to bore you about it further. What I can say is that I am looking forward to getting my teeth into this again. I just hope that you good people come along and make it all worthwhile. I will update, add more blogs and change the sites displayed content as frequently as possible, so do check back as often as possible.

with Thanks

This group is intended for you the members to have a say about the sites development, what you'd like to see and give feedback on the content we hold.

I can not promise to deliver it but at least we can get an idea about what people would like to get out of this site. After all the whole idea is to put something here for you, the wider Herring Family!
